Blake Luy, ARNP, FNP-C, values evidence-based care and developing relationships of collaboration, trust and honesty with his patients.

“I’m excited to practice at UnityPoint Clinic Family Health Center - Storm Lake,” says Luy. “Storm Lake is a great community and I look forward to serving its diverse populations and cultures.”

Luy began his career as a registered nurse. As a Storm Lake native, he was motivated by a desire to serve rural communities, which led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Briar Cliff University.

“I have enjoyed working alongside the providers at UnityPoint Health,” says Luy. “They have been great mentors, which made me want to join their team.”

Luy Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, watching movies—especially horror films—and decorating for and celebrating Christmas.
